    Pectinase

    1. Overview

    Pectinase is a high-activity enzyme preparation produced by liquid deep fermentation with excellent Aspergillus strains and prepared via modern biological extraction technology.
    Applications: Suitable for wine processing, feed, textile, printing and dyeing, and other processes.

    Product Indicators

    • Appearance: The solid enzyme is light yellow powder, and the liquid enzyme is light brown liquid.

    2. Application Processes (Adjusted According to Test Conditions)

    a. Wine Industry:
    Used for juice separation and clarification of fruits (widely applied to apple, pear, strawberry, hawthorn, wild jujube, lemon, blackcurrant, etc.).


    • For wine production: Add 0.01%–0.08% (based on raw materials).

    • For juice clarification: Add 0.002%–0.01% (based on raw materials).


    b. Feed Industry:


    • Effectively degrades antinutritional factors such as non-starch polysaccharides in feed, reduces chyme viscosity, and minimizes digestive disorders.

    • Destroys plant cell wall structures, promotes the release of intracellular nutrients, and improves nutrient utilization efficiency in feed.

    • Eliminates the inhibition of antinutritional factors on insulin-like growth factor IGF-I secretion, promotes protein synthesis, and increases lean meat rate.

    • Inhibits the growth of harmful intestinal microorganisms, increases the number of beneficial bacteria, and maintains the dynamic balance of intestinal microflora in animals.

    • Expands the types of raw materials in feed formulas, makes full use of by-products and other unconventional feed resources, and reduces formulation costs.


    c. Textile and Dyeing Industry:
    Suitable for bast fiber degumming (removing pectin from ramie, flax, etc. that affects fiber quality), and removing pectin, lipids, and phenolic substances from cotton textiles. It improves the permeability, hand feel, and dyeing quality of cotton fabrics, and is widely used in various pretreatment processes for cotton, interwoven or blended fibers, yarns, and fabrics.

    4. Precautions

    a. This product is completely water-soluble, safe, and reliable. Avoid direct contact with the enzyme preparation during operation; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water.
    b. Use promptly after opening the original package, and seal the remaining part for storage.
    c. Avoid rain and direct sunlight during storage and transportation. Prohibit mixed transportation and storage with toxic or hazardous substances.

    5. Product Packaging

    a. Liquid type: Packed in 25kg/200kg non-toxic plastic barrels.
    Solid type: Standard packaging in film bags, 1kg per bag. Customized specifications are available as required.
    b. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6 months.
